The Data Modeler plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business goals and technical implementation by facilitating clear communication and thorough analysis of data requirements.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and maintenance of data models to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align data strategies with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in data modeling best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
