• Lead the development and refinement of data models to ensure alignment with organizational goals and data governance standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units to translate requirements into robust data structures.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices in data modeling and analytics.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable data models that support complex business processes.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data integration techniques.
• Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data storage and retrieval.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
