Job summary

Latentbridge is seeking a data-focused test automation engineer to build repeatable validation and reconciliation capabilities for migrated workloads from Informatica PowerCenter. The role aims to reduce manual regression effort while ensuring migrated workloads produce functionally equivalent results.

Responsibilities include defining migration testing strategies, analyzing PowerCenter outputs, and building automated validation across multiple waves.

Qualifications

We are looking for a data-focused test automation engineer who can build repeatable validation and reconciliation capabilities for workloads migrated from Informatica PowerCenter.

The objective is to reduce manual regression effort while maintaining confidence that migrated workloads produce functionally equivalent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Define migration testing and reconciliation strategy.

• Build automated source-versus-target validation.

• Aggregate comparison
  
• Create reusable migration test harnesses.
  
• Support regression testing across migration waves.
  
• Generate migration test evidence and exception reports.
  
• Support performance and batch-window validation.
  
• Identify opportunities to use AI/LLM capabilities to accelerate:
