Job summary

IBS Intelligence (IBSi) invites applications for a motivated Data Management Intern to support marketing data handling, reporting, and research. You will work with Advanced Excel, create dashboards, and contribute to AI-driven research and productivity.

The role requires graduation completed, strong data skills, basic Power BI knowledge, and the ability to work full-time from the office in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site internship within our marketing team.

Qualifications

• Graduation must be completed – candidates pursuing their final year/degree are not eligible.
• Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel – formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Good understanding and hands-on exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools.
• Good data management and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full-time from the office.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with marketing data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain and organise databases, trackers, and marketing-related data.
• Create reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
• Assist with basic Power BI reporting and data visualisation.
• Use AI tools to support research, content, analysis, and improve day-to-day productivity.
• Conduct market and competitor research and present relevant insights.
• Assist the marketing team with ongoing campaigns, coordination, and other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and timely maintenance of marketing data and reports.

About the role
