We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in Legal & Compliance Division In this critical role, you will be responsible for working closely with the business and technology teams to review new or changing applications, and ensure record retention, disposition, and archiving requirements are met.
In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm’s management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is an Associate level position within the Data Lifecycle Management (‘DLM’) In this role you will ensure that the business teams are informed on risks and required controls relating to data location, localization, transfer and use, and will engage colleagues across Business, Technology, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal groups to ensure that relevant policies, regulations, and business requirements are met. In addition, you will document, analyze, and verify processes and controls that are required to ensure ongoing compliance, and ensure that their implementation is appropriately tracked.
