RPSG Group's Group IT & Digital team in Kolkata is seeking an experienced Data Lead to shape the organization's data and analytics strategy. You will drive data management, BI reporting, and data-driven decision making to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will mentor a data analytics team, develop scalable pipelines, ensure data governance and security, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Data Management, or related domains.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proven experience leading and mentoring analytics or data teams.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management best practices.
