Job summary

TVH is seeking a Data Integration Support Specialist to oversee design, implementation, and continuous improvement of integration solutions and enterprise applications. The role requires leadership, deep Boomi and OIC expertise, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable integrations.

With focus on uptime, performance, and best practices, you will mentor the team, monitor SLAs, and drive process improvements in a global data engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
• Strong collaboration skills to translate integration requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate integration architecture and application needs into scalable and reliable solutions.
• Lead the implementation and support of integration solutions, ensuring uptime, performance, and alignment with best practices.
• Manage the application support team for timely issue resolution and smooth operations.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team members while driving process improvements and best practices.
• Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance and system efficiency, and proactively identify areas for optimization and upgrades.
• Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into Boomi solutions.
• Identify technical issues and risks during development and testing phases, supporting mitigation strategies for timely delivery.
