Job summary

RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited is seeking a Data Integration & Migration professional to design, deploy, and support D365 Finance & Supply Chain data migration and integration solutions.

You will collaborate with client teams and partners to deliver complex D365 F&SC data migration engagements, including data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, and end-to-end integration with related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience leading data migration and integration efforts for D365 F&SC
• Hands-on experience with D365 F&SC Data Management Framework (DMF)
• Experience integrating D365 F&SC with upstream and downstream systems
• Experience building and validating data models aligned to D365 F&SC entities
• Minimum of 6 years in a data-focused role
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams or workstreams
• Relevant technical certifications (Boomi, Microsoft, Azure, data/integration tools)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client business, data, technical, project management, and partner teams to deliver complex D365 F&SC data migration and integration engagements
• Lead data migration and application integration workstreams for D365 Finance & Supply Chain programs, including data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, and end-to-end integration with upstream and downstream systems
• Document scope, assumptions, dependencies, estimates, and timelines using discovery sessions, workshops, interviews, and data profiling
• Assist in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) and serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Define data mappings, transformation rules, reference data, and data lineage across source systems and D365 F&SC target models
• Work with data in normalized and dimensional models to support migration, reconciliation, and reporting needs
• Design, build, and demonstrate technical solutions using technologies such as: DMF, Dual-write and Dataverse, ADF, Azure SQL, T-SQL, Power Platform, REST APIs, OData, iPaaS (Boomi, Informatica)
• Lead data validation, reconciliation, testing strategies, and cutover planning
• Triage and resolve defects, manage QA cycles, and support user acceptance testing
• Be open to supporting other project types, learning new technologies, and broadening skillsets

Our team is focused on ERP, CRM, and other Business Application data migrations and integrations from and to one or many different applications, with a strong emphasis on D365 F&SC implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Responsibilities

Basic qualifications

• Understanding of D365 F&SC data entities, tables, and extensibility concepts
• Experience with data migration tooling, templates, and repeatable frameworks for D365
• Experience with dual-write, Dataverse, and Power Platform integrations
• Experience developing and consuming REST/OData APIs for D365 F&SC
• Experience with data reconciliation, financial balancing, and audit support during ERP mergers
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics in D365 F&SC and Power BI
