Job summary

Kshema General Insurance Limited (Kshema) seeks a Senior Data Governance Lead to establish and operate the enterprise data governance program using Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Fabric. You will drive governance framework implementation, metadata, business glossary, data catalog, and stewardship programs, aligning with regulatory readiness and data quality goals.

Job Description

The Senior Data Governance Leadwill be responsible for establishing, implementing and operating the enterpriseData Governance program across the organization using Microsoft Purview andMicrosoft Fabric.

The role will lead governanceframework implementation, metadata management, business glossary management,critical data element governance, data catalog management, stewardshipprograms, Microsoft Purview administration, Microsoft Fabric governance, PowerBI governance, lineage management, workflow automation and governancereporting.

The individual will work closelywith business teams, Data Owners, Data Stewards, Data Engineering, InformationSecurity, Compliance, Analytics and Technology teams to improve datadiscoverability, accountability, quality, governance maturity and regulatoryreadiness across the organization.

The role will serve as theoperational lead for enterprise data governance under the Chief Data Officer.
