Responsibilities

• Accurately extract and transcribe patient registration information into the RCM software.
• Track and map insurance policy coordinates (main, secondary, tertiary).
• Determine main payer sequencing for COB scenarios using standard criteria.
• Audit intake documents for missing signatures, expired policies, or spelling mistakes before claims are generated.
• Perform deduplication checks to avoid duplicate records inside the medical ecosystem.
• Update employer linkages and guarantor details while maintaining data hygiene across systems.

Your Duties

• High/-Velocity Demographic Transcription/: Accurately extract and transcribe patient registration information into the RCM software, including full legal names, gender IDs, dates of birth, socialsecurity numbers, and contact coordinates.
• Insurance Coverage Data Mapping/: Track distinct subscriber IDs, group numbers, payer routing codes, and effective coverage windows while entering and organizing main, secondary, and tertiary insurance policy coordinates.
• Coordination of Benefits /(COB/) Alignment/: Determine the proper main payer sequencing for patients with multiple active insurance policies by evaluating and entering complex coordination of benefits scenarios using standard criteria.
• Intake Document Discrepancy Auditing/: Before generating a claim, scan incoming patient registration packets, digital intake portal sheets, and hospital face sheets against current system databases to identify and correct any missing signatures, expired policies, or spelling mistakes.
• Medical Record Deduplication Lookup/: To permanently avoid duplicate records inside the medical ecosystem, conduct exact database searches and cross/-reference existing files before producing new patient charts.
• Database Integration Maintenance/: Update employer linkages and guarantor details instantaneously while maintaining thorough data entry hygiene inside key healthcare systems.
