Job summary

Synechron in Bengaluru (BLR GTP) is seeking a Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design and scale ETL pipelines, data marts, and large-scale data processing solutions using Python and PySpark. You will work across SDLC from development to production support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality.

The ideal candidate brings strong Oracle SQL, Hadoop/Hive experience, familiarity with CI/CD, and hands-on data validation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience building Data Marts, ETL pipelines, and large-scale data processing solutions.
• Strong Python and PySpark expertise, with SQL and data warehousing knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle SQL, Hadoop, Hive, MapReduce, and NoSQL databases.
• Familiar with Jupyter Notebook, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and data validation.
• Banking domain experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
