Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Airflow and dbt.
• Strong expertise in AWS data services and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with HR data and people analytics metrics; familiarity with Workday, Tableau/Power BI, or ML concepts is a plus.

Join Zoom's People Analytics team and help shape how data informs decisions about our most important asset, our people. In this role, you will architect and maintain the data infrastructure that powers workforce insights for Zoom's People Experience organization, turning raw HR data into reliable, analytics-ready datasets. You will collaborate closely with analysts and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, pipeline reliability, and scalable solutions that keep pace with a growing, dynamic organization. About the Team

What We're Looking For
