MassMutual India is seeking an experienced data engineering lead to design and optimize analytics platforms. The role requires 8–10+ years in data engineering, and hands-on Python/SQL development, with strong cloud and orchestration experience.

The ideal candidate will architect automated ELT/ETL pipelines, work with diverse data stores, and drive SQL performance tuning while leveraging Git and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in data engineering, data design, and analytics platforms.
• 5+ years hands-on development with Python and SQL.
• 4+ years with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• 4+ years with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow.
• Strong experience designing automated ELT/ETL pipelines.
• Experience with relational, columnar, NoSQL, and cloud data stores (Vertica, RedShift).
• Proven expertise in SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
