Job summary

bounteous is seeking a Data Engineer for a permanent role based in Bangalore. You will design and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and scalable data architectures.

The role requires hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, proficiency in SQL/NoSQL and cloud platforms, and API development using Java, Python, or NodeJS. You will work with Azure, Google Cloud, and Agile methodologies, writing robust code and continuously improving data systems and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in data engineering with expertise in ETL/ELT processes.
• Proficient in Azure, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, or relevant technologies.
• Strong knowledge of relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in building APIs using Java, Python, or NodeJS.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies like Google Cloud, Azure, and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to write robust code in Python, Java, and other scripting languages.
• Experience with data integration projects and performance tuning of databases.
