Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and build scalable data pipelines on AWS and Databricks, using Python, Scala and SQL. You will own ETL development and workflow orchestration in an Agile environment with JIRA.

Work with large-scale datasets, monitor and optimize Databricks jobs, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. GCP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Databricks experience.
• 5+ years AWS data engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Scala skills.
• Experience with ETL development and SQL.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience with monitoring, tuning, and debugging Databricks jobs.
• Experience in Agile teams and using JIRA.
