Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understand the business deeply and translate business problems to data engineering, data science, and analytics problems
• Continuously monitor and optimise data processes and systems to improve efficiency, speed, and reliability
• Design, build, and maintain automated and scalable data pipelines that collect, integrate, and transform data from various sources into MIS reports for business and risk decisioning
• Extract, prepare, and analyse large production datasets from various systems to support risk audits; design and perform continuous automated monitoring using analytics to detect control weaknesses and potential risks
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of rejections during onboarding; propose and help implement process improvements and corrective actions to reduce future rejections
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure MIS systems and reports provide the necessary insights
• Collaborate with Audit, Policy and, Business teams to interpret analytical findings, conduct indepth analysis of specific incidents to determine systematic issues,
• Perform statistical analysis, identify trends, and create reports and presentations to inform business strategy and decisionmaking
