Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to maintain and enhance data pipelines, supporting Snowflake, SnapLogic, and MuleSoft integrations. You will optimize Power BI dashboards, implement data quality checks, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive revenue opportunities.

This full-time role is based in Hyderabad, India, and requires strong SQL and DAX skills, plus Python/R migration expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, integration, or BI support.
• Strong SQL and Snowflake expertise.
• Experience with SnapLogic or MuleSoft and proficiency in the other.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and DAX.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Ability to read and debug R, with Python for migration work.

Responsibilities

• Keep the brokerage dashboard accurate and timely for brokers and leaders.
• Maintain client intelligence platform to unify client view and drive revenue opportunities.
• Maintain, optimize, and debug Snowflake SQL queries, views, and stored logic.
• Support, monitor, and update SnapLogic pipelines to move data into Snowflake.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards and resolve refresh and reporting issues.
• Support R-based data integrity scripts and migrate logic to Snowflake and Python.
• Manage Salesforce Data Cloud DLOs and Data Transformations.
• Maintain Mule 4 flows and DataWeave transformations for non-native objects.
• Provide coverage across applications to reduce single points of failure.
• Perform incident triage and root-cause analysis across ingestion, transformation, reporting.
• Keep documentation, monitoring, and runbooks consistent across applications.

• Keep the brokerage dashboard application accurate andtimely, so brokers and market leaders can rely on it to improve pipelineaccuracy and drive revenue growth.
• Keep the client intelligence platform reliable, soteams can use the unified client view to strengthen engagement, growthstrategies, and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain, optimize, and debug Snowflake SQL queries,views, and stored business logic.
• Support, monitor, and update SnapLogic pipelines thatmove data from source systems into Snowflake.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards, update DAX calculations,and resolve refresh and reporting issues.
• Support R-based data integrity and validation scripts,and help migrate that logic to Snowflake and Python.
• Manage and troubleshoot Salesforce Data Cloud Data LakeObjects (DLOs) and streaming and batch Data Transforms.
• Maintain and update Mule 4 flows and DataWeavetransformations for objects not natively supported in Data Cloud.
• Provide coverage across both applications, reducingsingle points of failure.
• Perform incident triage and root-cause analysisspanning ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers.
• Keep documentation, monitoring, and support runbooksconsistent across both applications.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, integration, or BIsupport.
• Strong SQL and Snowflake expertise.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of SnapLogic orMuleSoft (Mule 4 and DataWeave), and working proficiency in the other.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and DAX.
• Working experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Ability to read and debug R, with Python for migrationwork.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and stakeholdercommunication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-application support orshared-services model.
• Relevant certifications (Snowflake, MuleSoft,Salesforce Data Cloud, Microsoft PL-300).
• Exposure to observability and alerting practices fordata pipelines.
