We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with 10+ years of expertise in SQL development and database architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ETL processes, data modeling, and performance optimization, handling large-scale data transactions (5–10 million records). Proficiency in SSIS, data warehousing, and database tuning is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS.
Design and implement enterprise-grade database architectures, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Work with large datasets, managing transactions in the range of millions of records.
Perform performance tuning, transaction management, deadlock handling, and query optimization.
Develop and manage data warehouse solutions, ensuring data integrity and high performance.
Create and optimize relational database models, focusing on Entity Relationship Modeling.
Utilize SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS-based data warehousing solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate data requirements into optimized schemas.
Ensure best practices for coding standards, version control (Bitbucket/GIT), and code reviews.
Work with analytics tools like AWS QuickSight for data reporting and visualization.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in SQL development and database architecture.
5+ years of experience handling large-scale data transactions (5-10 million records per transaction).
Expertise in ETL transformations using SSIS.
Strong knowledge of performance tuning, triggers, stored procedures, and transaction management.
Experience in data warehouse design and implementation.
Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS-based data warehousing solutions.
Experience in multi-client SaaS environments.
Hands-on experience with Bitbucket/GIT for version control.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the Utility domain.
Certifications in Databases or Data Warehousing (Microsoft or equivalent).
