Job summary

Aeris Communications Inc. is seeking a data engineering professional to build and maintain the enterprise data lake and design robust ETL pipelines.

You will develop ML models for forecasting, create AI agents and MCP integrations using LLM APIs, and ensure data quality across banking, ERP, and CRM sources.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for ETL, data modelling and API integrations.
• Expert in SQL with complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience with GCP services: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, CloudRun, Secret Manager.
• Knowledge of data lake design and ERP/CRM ingestion.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data lake on BigQuery with ingestion and scheduling.
• Design and implement Python ETL pipelines across banking, ERP, and CRM sources.
• Experiment with and deploy ML models for cash forecasting and business predictions.
• Develop AI agents and MCP tool integrations using LLM APIs.
• Ensure data quality, monitoring, and alerting across pipelines.

Required Skills

• SQL — Complex queries, schema design, performance tuning

• Data Lake Design — Ingestion from ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce), schema evolution, data quality
• REST API — Development and consumption (OAuth, webhooks)
