Tenarai is seeking an experienced engineer in India to architect, modernize, and own our end-to-end batch data infrastructure, ETL workflows, and backend services. This role emphasizes designing scalable data pipelines, transforming data with Java, Python, and Spark, and building REST APIs for backend data integration.

The candidate will champion DevOps practices, CI/CD, and robust monitoring to ensure reliability across production systems.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in backend and data engineering.
• Deep expertise in Java, Python, and distributed processing via Apache Spark.
• Proven track record building and migrating large-scale data integrations and REST APIs.
• Strong proficiency in modern DevOps practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
