R1 RCM is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Data Platform team in Dadri, UP. The role involves planning, designing, and implementing a centralized data warehouse solution for ETL, reporting, and analytics across applications.

You will collaborate with Agile teams to deliver robust data solutions and contribute to data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has 7–11 years of data engineering experience, strong Python/Scala and PySpark skills, and hands-on experience with Azure Databricks,

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python/Scala and PySpark.
• Proven experience with Azure data services and Databricks.
• Experience with Spark and building data pipelines.
• Experience in creating Databricks dashboards.
• Experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Ability to acquire and prepare data from diverse sources.
• Experience delivering large-scale data product implementations.
• Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Agile methodology experience
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
