Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering with production-grade pipelines and data models.
• Deep SQL and production-scale schema design.
• Experience with AWS data services for storage, compute, messaging, and eventing.
• Advanced Python for pipeline development and maintainable code.
• Experience designing event-driven architectures and streaming/queue ingestions.
• Strong data modeling for OLTP and OLAP with analytics needs.
• Exposure to data security, IAM, and audit considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for dosimetry, dose reports, and compliance data.
• Own data storage architecture across structured, unstructured, and cached layers on AWS.
• Architect event-driven data flows for asynchronous processing of compliance events and alerts.
• Evolve data models powering dose reporting, calibration tracking, and audit exports.

You will set the standards for how data is modeled, moved, and governed — owning the full data lifecycle from ingestion through analytics and AI feature delivery. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role on a small, focused team where your architectural decisions will directly influence product outcomes across multiple initiatives.
