Job summary

Millennium IMS Private Limited is seeking an experienced data migration professional to lead ETL/ELT development, profiling, and governance. The role requires strong SQL, GCP BigQuery, and experience with Google Cloud tools like Composer and Dataplex. Hybrid work setup with on-site presence in Chennai/Bangalore/Noida.

The candidate will own data mapping, transformation, and quality assurance across legacy systems, ensuring accurate migrations and sign‑offs for SIT/UAT and production cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data migration, ETL/ELT and governance projects.
• Strong hands-on with data profiling, mapping, and quality controls.
• Experience in large-scale data migration from legacy/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed data analysis of legacy systems and profile data quality issues.
• Create Source-to-Target Mapping documents and map data to Siebel entities.
• Design and develop ETL processes for migration and build reusable components.
• Execute trial and production migrations, monitor data loads, and reconcile results.
• Establish data quality checks and governance documentation for cutover.

Detailed JD

Data Analysis & Profiling

Perform detailed analysis of legacy systems.

Conduct data profiling to identify:

Data quality issues

Duplicates

Missing records

Invalid relationships

Collaborate with business teams to define data cleansing rules.

Data Mapping & Transformation

Prepare Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documents.

Map legacy data structures to Siebel data entities such as:

Accounts

Contacts

Assets

Products

Orders

Service Requests

Activities

Define business transformation rules.

Implement data standardization and enrichment processes

ETL Development & Migration Execution

Design and develop ETL processes for migration.

Build reusable migration components and frameworks.
