Resolve complex cases independently, navigating Amazon Policies with high judgment. Conduct workplace investigations in collaboration with Builder Relations. Resolve systemic pay, internal transfer, and hiring defects in partnership with central teams. Build procedural policy/governance standards (e.g., SOPs).
Leadership Development: Consult, coach, and develop site leadership through decision-making with empathy and sound judgment. Identify development opportunities through data and anecdotal feedback from onsite floor walks and observation. Educate leaders on HR operating model standards. Support interviews for site manager and technical manager roles.
