Job summary

Dwij AI Labs in Ahmedabad, India is building a team of Data Associates to manage data cleanup and tagging for our AI platform.

As a Data Associate you will label, categorize, and enrich raw data such as text, images, or audio to support model training. The role requires attention to detail, experience in data tagging, and the ability to work in an office-based, collaborative environment.

You will join a growing team and contribute to quality control, SOP adherence, and accuracy in labeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, statistics, analytics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a data annotator.
• Experience with data tagging, cleaning or using Regex.
• Fluent in English (write, read, speak).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent application of guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Labeling and tagging data (text, images, audio, or video) on daily basis by adhering to SOPs and guidelines.
• Identifying and classifying specific features or patterns in datasets
• Apply predefined rubrics and taxonomies to produce structured, high-quality outputs
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data scientists to understand annotation requirements
• Participate in process improvement to increase the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of the teams' processes.
• Strong attention to detail and visual-sapital understanding
• Basic understanding of image editing or annotation tools
• Comfortable working in a non voice, back office environment
• Good problem solving skills and a proactive approach to quality control

Our product offers critical sales intelligence signals to B2B Suppliers and Distributors. We are building a team of Data Associates in Ahmedabad, India who will be managing data clean up and tagging for this platform.

As a Data associate you will play a crucial role in machine learning and AI development by labeling, categorizing, and enriching raw data such as images, text, audio or video to make it useful for training AI models.The ideal candidate has a strong track record of research analysis, driving measurable business results, attention to detail and a collaborative team player.

• Building a team of 10 data associates in Ahmedabad
• Strictly Work from Office from Ahmedabad
• Working Hours: 2pm - 11 pm IST

Key Job Responsibilities

• Identifying and classifying specific features or patterns in datasets

What Qualifies You

• Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field are preferred;
• 1 - 3 years of experience as a data annotator
• Experience in data tagging, cleaning or Regex
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Demonstrated ability to be successful in a highly fluid, fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• High attention to detail and consistency in applying structured guidelines.
• Understanding of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies. - Preferred
