Job summary

Quantaleap is seeking an experienced Data Architect to design enterprise-scale data products on AWS and Databricks in Bengaluru. This role owns the technical vision for data ingestion, modeling, governance, and serving analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.

You will define end-to-end architecture, design medallion patterns, establish governance and security, and guide engineering teams on CI/CD and pipeline optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering or architecture roles.
• 10+ years in data engineering/architecture roles.
• Hands-on AWS: S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift, IAM, Kinesis.
• Databricks: Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DLT, Workflows, Auto Loader.
• Strong data modeling and governance knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end data architecture strategy for AWS and Databricks Lakehouse.
• Design scalable medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) patterns and data models.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and drive the architecture for enterprise-scale data products built on AWS and Databricks. This role owns the technical vision for how data is ingested, modeled, governed, and served across the organization, enabling analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end data architecture strategy for AWS and Databricks Lakehouse.
• Design scalable medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) patterns and data models.
• Architect solutions using AWS services and Databricks components.
• Establish data governance, security, and access control frameworks.
• Define standards for data quality, observability, and lineage.
