Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

• Responsible for team decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Purview.
• Experience in configuring and managing packaged or SaaS applications using APIs and low-code platforms.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management including release management and system stability monitoring.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a multi-team environment.
• Familiarity with integration techniques to ensure compatibility and performance across diverse systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Purview.
• This position is based at our NGDC1A - NON-STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
