Job summary

Accenture in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Data Architect to define data requirements and model structures for enterprise applications. You will design integration across systems and shape agentic AI solutions using Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.

You will mentor teams, enforce Responsible AI practices, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to deliver scalable GenAI solutions. Proficiency in Python and VS Code is expected.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) fine-tuning, deployment, and integration into enterprise systems.
• Minimum 12+ years of IT experience with 15 years of full-time education.

Responsibilities

• Act as an SME in Microsoft Agentic AI solutions, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services (LLMs/SLMs).
• Lead design and architecture of multi-agent systems and integrate them into enterprise ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver GenAI/Agentic solutions with measurable business impact.
• Define and implement Responsible AI practices across solution lifecycles, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide teams on agentic AI system design, orchestration, and deployment.
• Drive architectural decisions across multiple projects and teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and training on Microsoft’s Agentic AI stack.
