Job summary

Axtria in Hyderabad is seeking a senior data architecture leader to design end-to-end data warehouse and data management solutions across Databricks, Snowflake, AWS and Azure. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and guide global client engagements.

You will define architecture standards, mentor teams, and drive GenAI-enabled analytics initiatives, working closely with BI and data engineering groups.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or solution architecture roles.
• Design and architect end-to-end data warehouse and data management solutions on Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure.
• Lead solution architecture discussions with clients and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Define data architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices for data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks, Snowflake, Data Engineering and workflow orchestration tools, SQL, Python, Pyspark.
• Experience with Azure data services (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, ADLS) and AWS data services (Redshift, Glue, S3, Lake Formation).
• Proven track record in technology consulting client-facing, project delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools and technology, Databricks Genie, Snowflake Cortex and preferably working experience in Projects/Pilots.
• Experience in working with teams for enabling BI, AI/ML, GenAI initiatives.
• Familiarity with data modeling techniques (dimensional, data vault, star/snowflake schema).
• Experience in building Solution accelerators for data engineering and data management.
• Expertise in RFP due diligence, solution architecture, estimation, proposal preparation and presentation.
• Experience with Data & Analytics implementation in Pharma Industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to present complex technical concepts, lead workshops and architecture design sessions.
• Consulting mindset, clear problem definition, structured problem-solving, client-focused, delivery-oriented.

Responsibilities
