Job summary

Damco Solutions is seeking a hands-on Data Architect AWS & Agentic AI to lead data engineering and architecture efforts. The role combines strong AWS Data Engineering, DevOps, SQL, and AI expertise to guide technical discussions with clients and engineering teams.

You will own end-to-end ETL development with Glue/Lambda/Step Functions, drive AWS DevOps with EKS and Terraform, and mentor a team. Hybrid Gurgaon, with Bangalore possibilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture.
• Hands-on with AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Experience leading client discussions and design decisions.
• Strong SQL skills for complex queries and data transformations.
• Hands-on with Agentic AI using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Hands-on with Amazon Bedrock integration.
• Deployment experience with CI/CD, Terraform, and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Hybrid/loc: Gurgaon (Hybrid), open to Bangalore.
• Mentor and lead dev teams; code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ETL/Data Engineering development using AWS Glue, Lambda, Step Functions.
• Own technical architecture and lead design discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead AWS DevOps activities including EKS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, infra automation and deployments.

Overall Profile

- Looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who can combine strong AWS Data Engineering, DevOps, SQL, and Agentic AI expertise with the ability to lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, clients, and engineering teams.

Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ETL/Data Engineering development using AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Own technical architecture and actively lead design/architecture discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead AWS DevOps activities including Amazon EKS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, including complex queries, optimization, data transformation, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Strong practical experience with Amazon Bedrock, including integrating foundation models into production applications.
• Lead technical client discussions, requirement analysis, solution design, and technical decision-making.
• Mentor and lead a team of developers, perform technical reviews, and ensure engineering best practices.

Good to Have

• Good understanding and hands on dynatrace and servicenow.
• Basic understanding of Java 21, including Records.
• Basic understanding of Dapr/Diagrid and distributed application patterns.
• Experience with cloud-native, microservices-based architectures.

Loc- Gurgaon (Hybrid Mode) (Good to have but yes we can look for Bangalore as well

• Great expertise - Data architecture of AWS which includes, Glue, Lamda, Step function and AWS Aurora. (Mandatory)
• Deployment - CI/Cd, Terraform (Must Have)
• Agentic Solutions - Langgrapgh, Langchain.
