Job summary

Neuron7.ai is seeking a Data Annotator for a 6-month contract based in Bengaluru with flexible hybrid work. You will review technical documents, translate content into graphs/flowcharts, and ensure accurate annotation of specifications.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, deliver training sessions, and own projects end-to-end while maintaining high quality across documentation. You’ll support 24/7 platform monitoring, triage alerts, and coordinate with on-call engineers to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents.
• Ability to create accurate, structured diagrams and flowcharts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and customer use.
• Solid understanding of cloud concepts, REST APIs, and web tech.
• Attention to detail and ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Read, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents such as product manuals, service guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Translate technical content into accurate, well-structured pathways/flowcharts that reflect real-world service and troubleshooting logic.
• Work directly with our Customer Success team to understand project requirements, clarify gaps, and deliver on agreed timelines.
• Support customer SMEs by walking them through how our product works, including conducting training sessions when needed.
• As you grow, take ownership of projects end to end, including understanding scope, estimating effort and timelines, and coordinating delivery.
• Maintain quality standards so that every pathway/flowchart aligns with the source documentation.
• Participate in rotating monitoring shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage of our platform.
• Monitor platform health, infrastructure, and alerts using tools such as Datadog.
• Triage alerts, identify issues across cloud infrastructure and services, and elevate them promptly to on-call engineers with clear, accurate context.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and continuous coverage in coordination with teammates.

We are looking for a talented Data Annotator to join our team for a 6-month contract position. What You'll Need

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently to internal teams and customers.

• Strong ability to read and understand technical documents and break them down logically.

• A solid understanding of flowcharts and how they represent processes, decision points, and logical flow.

• Foundational technical knowledge, including:

• Core concepts of cloud computing and cloud infrastructure

• Working knowledge of REST APIs, including endpoints, HTTP methods, request/response structure, and status codes
• Familiarity with browser developer tools, such as the console and network tab

• Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.

• A strong team player who collaborates well and handles pressure calmly.

• Flexible working hours, primarily aligned with the PST time zone.

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Visio or similar diagramming tools

• Exposure to monitoring tools like Datadog
