Job summary

Diageo plc in Bengaluru is seeking a Level 5 Business Analyst to drive the Customer Operations Transformation through data-driven insights across the Order-to-Cash process. You will partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to turn data into actionable actions.

You will build KPI frameworks, dashboards, and self-service reporting with Power BI, Excel, and SQL, and you will streamline reporting across functions while ensuring data quality and governance.

Acting as a trusted business partner, you will collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Order-to-Cash teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that enable strategic decision-making, improve operational performance, and enhance customer experience.You will lead the development of performance measurement frameworks, standardized KPIs, and self-service reporting capabilities while driving continuous improvement through deep analytical insights and root-cause analysis.You will be responsible for:* Extract, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Cash Cube, DORA, and other business applications.* Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvement across the Order-to-Cash, Supply and Commercial processes.* Convert complex data into clear, actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.* Design and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and performance reporting for Customer Operations.* Develop automated and scalable reporting solutions to improve reporting efficiency and business visibility.* Build self-service reporting capabilities that enable Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations teams to access insights independently.* Standardize business metrics and reporting while ensuring data quality and governance.* Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, performance measures, and reporting requirements aligned to business priorities.* Support Customer Operations Transformation initiatives through data analysis, performance measurement, and business insights.* Collaborate with other partner (D&T, Master Data etc.) and business teams to continuously improve reporting, data quality, and analytics capabilities.· Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and enhance business intelligence solutions using Power BI and other analytics tools.Required Exp**Experience / skills required*** 10+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Reporting.* Experience working across Order-to-Cash (OTC), Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance functions.* Strong experience extracting and analyzing data from enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Cash Cube, DORA and other business applications.* Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and reporting/visualization tools.* Experience designing KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting frameworks for business stakeholders.* Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.* Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across business and technology.* Exposure to data governance, reporting automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Experience supporting large-scale transformation or digital programs is preferred.Knowledge of Agile ways of working and experience delivering in sprint-based environments is desirable.**Working with Us**Flexibility is key to our success.
