Siemens Energy India Limited invites a seasoned Data & AI Architect to define and govern the target architecture for advanced analytics, AI, and data products across SVD TEC. You will connect business needs with data platforms, AI services, cybersecurity, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reusable foundations.

• Strong experience as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Data Architect, Analytics Architect, or AI Architect.
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures and analytics platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Data Lakehouse architectures, Data Warehousing, Data Mesh, Data Products, Data Governance, Metadata, Data Catalogs, Event-driven architectures, API architectures, and Cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with AI deployment architectures, MLOps, and operationalization of models.
• Ability to communicate architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience balancing long-term architecture goals with delivery realities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the target Data & AI Architecture for SVD TEC.
• Establish standards for data ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, AI, and interoperability.
• Design reusable architecture building blocks and reference patterns.
• Define architecture principles for Data Products, Data Governance, Data Quality, Analytics Platforms, MLOps, AI Platforms, Agent Architectures, Knowledge Graphs, GraphRAG, and Integration Services.
• Drive architectural alignment across SDA, EMS, O4O, EcoMAIN, OBS AI, and future initiatives.
• Define integration approaches between internal platforms, customer environments, industrial systems, cloud services, and AI capabilities.
• Establish data contracts, API standards, interoperability guidelines, and reusable integration patterns.
• Participate in technology evaluations and partner assessments.
• Review and approve architectural decisions for major AI and analytics initiatives.
• Support cybersecurity, compliance, and governance reviews.
• Define transition strategies from PoC to MVP to production.
• Coach engineers and project teams on architecture best practices.
• Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and architectural debt early.

Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data & AI Architect to define and govern the target architecture for Advanced Analytics, AI, and Data Products across SVD TEC. As the Data & AI Architect, you will ensure that analytics and AI initiatives are built on a scalable, secure, reusable, and governed foundation rather than isolated project-specific solutions.

You will define architecture standards, integration patterns, data contracts, AI deployment approaches, and governance models that enable teams to consistently deliver analytics and AI capabilities across products such as EMS, O4O, EcoMAIN, OBS AI, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance. You will act as the technical authority connecting business needs, product strategy, data platforms, AI services, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and product teams.

• Define and maintain the target Data & AI Architecture for SVD TEC.
• Establish standards for data ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, AI, and interoperability.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong experience as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Data Architect, Analytics Architect, or AI Architect.
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures and analytics platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Data Lakehouse architectures, Data Warehousing, Data Mesh, Data Products, Data Governance, Metadata, Data Catalogs, Event-driven architectures, API architectures, and Cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with AI deployment architectures, MLOps, and operationalization of models.
• Ability to communicate architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience balancing long-term architecture goals with delivery realities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Foundry, Fabric, Cognite Data Fusion, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with industrial data platforms, time-series data, asset models, historian systems, and IoT architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Knowledge Graphs, Semantic Layers, GraphRAG, Agentic AI Architectures, Multi-Agent Systems, Vector Databases, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, identity management, confidential data handling, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent systems thinking and ability to identify architectural dependencies across products and teams.
• Pragmatic mindset that prioritizes business value while maintaining architectural integrity.

About the Team:

Join the Advanced Analytics team responsible for establishing the long-term Data & AI foundation across SVD TEC. This role will shape how analytics, AI, digital products, and industrial data platforms evolve over the coming years. You will ensure that innovations in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, AI assistants, analytics products, and agentic AI are built on a common architecture that is scalable, maintainable, secure, and reusable across the portfolio.
