Job Overview

Leverages data and insights to drive digital marketing strategy and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Data & Analytics to lead the analytics function within our DDN Marketing team. This role is critical to driving data-informed decisions across digital, ecommerce, campaign performance, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, leadership experience, and a collaborative mindset to partner with cross‑functional teams.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

Lead the development and execution of marketing analytics strategies to enable cross‑functional teams, including marketing, sales and product management.

Lead deep‑dive analysis of customer journey data (website & digital engagement data) & commercial data (such as POS, eCommerce data) to generate regular insights for business

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Develop and refine target customer profiles based on firmographics and behavioral data.

Identify and evaluate potential applications for products with a focus on high‑growth opportunities.

Own and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for performance tracking and business insights.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.

Drive data governance and ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of marketing data.

Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align on analytics priorities and share best practices.
