Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Data Analytics Lead Analyst for a hybrid role in Pune, India. This strategic professional will guide data governance, quality controls and large-scale data programs across markets and geographies.

You will partner with Markets Ops, lead global teams, and drive data concepts, critical data elements and remediation across initiatives. Strong Excel/SQL skills and a background in analytics or governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant relevant experience in transformation as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Experience managing teams and delivering large, strategic cross-functional projects.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Knowledge of Global Markets and Global Markets Operations.
• Prior Data Analytics and/or Governance experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic direction and governance of data quality and controls across systems and processes.
• Implement data governance model for Markets Ops.
• Partner with Markets Ops to assess data concepts and Critical Data elements.
• Identify and raise DCRMs, coordinating with Tech, Markets Data Stewards and the Markets Business.
• Lead global teams in a large organization and deliver change in agile or standard frameworks.
• Monitor deadlines and adapt to requirement changes.
• Lead planning, organization and prioritization within a delivery framework.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with Operations to align program scope with objectives.
