Accordion Partners in Hyderabad is seeking a Business Associate to tackle complex analytical projects and deliver data-driven insights using AI-enabled tools. You will own work streams, apply consulting frameworks, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with team members.

You will mentor Analysts, develop robust analyses, and support Directors with actionable recommendations across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Pricing, leveraging modern data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in engineering preferred.
• MBA degree from top-tier colleges preferred.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and proactive communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).

Role Overview:

As a Business Associate at Accordion, you will work on complex analytical projects, leveraging data driven insights to solve business challenges. As the primary owner of assigned work streams, you will apply consulting frameworks and analytical methodologies to drive meaningful outcomes. You will be responsible for data analysis, modeling, and ensuring data integrity while collaborating closely with team members. Additionally, you will support Business Managers and Directors by delivering robust insights and actionable recommendations. The role also leverages modern data, analytics, and AI enabled tools to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and deliver deeper business insights.

What You will do:

• Analyze data and generate actionable business insights for clients by developing formulas and queries, working hands-on with tools such as Excel, PowerPivot, SQL, Python, and BI platforms depending on the specific client context, while leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools where relevant.
• Contribute to thought leadership by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance analysis and streamline project execution. Understand the client’s challenges and translate them into well-structured analytical approaches that deliver business impact. Use advanced analytics and AI-assisted capabilities to improve speed and depth of analysis.
• Anticipate potential analytical roadblocks and collaborate with the team to address them efficiently. Synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights that inform strategic decision making.
• Frame business problems using a structured, data-driven approach to generate actionable insights.
• Support and collaborate with Analysts by coaching them on core consulting capabilities and AI enabled working practices., ensuring high-quality deliverables while instilling a rigorous, structured problem-solving mindset.

Ideally, you have:

• Undergraduate degree (B.E/B.Tech.) from tier-1/tier-2 colleges is preferred.
• MBA degree from top tier colleges is preferred.
• Should have 2 - 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and proactive communication skills to coordinate with project teams and internal stakeholders.
• Apply business judgment and a structured problem-solving approach to complex challenges.
• Actively building capability in AI tools and displays a proactive interest in AI-enabled ways of working to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Prior experience in professional services environment.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and/or Excel.
