Job summary

Anudip Foundation For Social Welfare seeks a Data Analytics Trainer to plan, deliver, and manage technical training programs. You will conduct in-person or virtual classes on Adv. Excel, Power BI, Python, and related libraries, guiding learners through blended learning paths and ensuring target completion and placement outcomes.

You will evaluate projects, mentor learners, and help evolve curricula. Strong analytical skills and effective communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SciPy, and SQL-MySQL.
• Experience in data analysis training preferred.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Good communication and delivery abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live-in person/virtual classes training learners in data analytics tools and libraries.
• Deliver blended learning experiences and monitor learner progress toward skill outcomes.
• Evaluate learner projects and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor learners during support, projects, and assessments.
• Develop and update curricula and training content as needed.
• Coordinate with teams on schedules, progress, and evaluations.

Role Objective

To plan, deliver, and manage high-quality technical training programs aligned with project objectives, ensuring 100% completion of training and placement targets, maximizing student engagement and success, driving core domain placements, maintaining adherence to lesson plans, and contributing proactively to student retention, academic excellence, and continuous domain knowledge upgradation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live-in person/virtual classes to train learners on Adv. Excel, Power BI, Python and adv Python libraries such as Numpy,Matplotlib, Pandas,seaborn, SciPy, SQL-MySQL, Data Analysis,basic statistical knowledge.
• Facilitate and support learners progress/journey to deliver personalized blended learning experience and achieve desired skill outcome
• Evaluate and grade learners Project Report, Project Presentation and other documents.
• Mentor learners during support, project and assessment sessions.
• Develop, validate and implement learning content, curriculum and training programs whenever applicable
• Liaison and support respective teams with schedule planning, learner progress, academic evaluation, learning management, etc

Desired Profile

• Must be proficient in Adv. Excel, Power BI, Python and adv Python libraries such as Numpy. Matplotlib, Pandas, SciPy, Seaborn,SQL-MySQL, Data Analysis,basic statistical knowledge.
• Experience in training in Data Analysis
• Should have worked in as Data Analyst
• Must have good analysis or problem-solving skills
• Must have good communication and delivery skills
• Good Knowledge of Database (SQL, MySQL)
