SWITS DIGITAL Private Limited in Pune is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in R and R Shiny to design and deliver interactive analytics applications. You will work on end-to-end data visualization solutions and collaborate with clients to meet regulatory and business requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, strong R programming skills, and solid SQL knowledge to build scalable dashboards and reports using ggplot2 and Plotly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and web applications using R Shiny.
• Perform data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization using R.
• Develop end-to-end analytics platforms that support regulatory-compliant workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
