Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is seeking a CDID Ops Support Analyst to create and update codes on the CDID application, resolve production issues, and deliver business insights using Power BI, Power Automate, and Python.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability, reporting accuracy, and process automation for operational efficiency. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data analytics or Power Platform development, strong SQL and Python skills, and hands-on Power BI expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Operations Support, Power BI, or Power Platform development.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on Power BI experience (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
• Experience with Power Automate workflow development and integrations.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and production support environments.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and cloud data sources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and amend CDID codes and configurations on the CDID application.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data models.
• Build and optimize Power Query transformations and DAX measures for performance.
• Design automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop Python-based data processing, automation, and analysis solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality and production issues.
• Perform data validation and root cause analysis to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reporting and automation solutions.
• Ensure operational stability, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

Job Summary
