Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst focusing on MS Excel for our Indore location. You will develop and maintain forecast models, using Excel and VBA, to support inline and pipeline assets in pharma markets.

The role demands 2-4 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights to internal and client stakeholders, helping drive business decisions and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in forecasting and analytics in pharma or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel and VBA for modeling and automation.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for internal and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecast models for inline and pipeline pharmaceutical assets.
• Generate forecast assumptions through epidemiology analysis, dynamics, pricing, and uptake modeling.
• Build and automate forecasting tools, dashboards, and workflows using Excel and VBA.

• Develop and maintain patient-based, analog, and sales-based forecast models for inline and pipeline pharmaceutical assets.


• Generate forecast assumptions through epidemiology analysis, treatment dynamics, competitive assessment, pricing, and uptake modeling.


• Build and automate forecasting tools, dashboards, and model workflows using advanced Excel and VBA to improve efficiency and scalability.


• Conduct primary and secondary research to validate assumptions and assess market opportunities and risks.


• Communicate forecast outputs, key drivers, and strategic implications to internal and client stakeholders
