Job summary

The iScale in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a data analytics professional with strong GIS knowledge to transform data into actionable insights.

You will build SQL scripts, optimize performance, and develop visual dashboards using Data Studio, Colab, and related BI tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Geographic Information Systems (Maps) expertise is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends and draw conclusions.
• Python experience is good to have.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SQL scripts and complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Optimize queries for performance and scalability.
• Create and present data visualizations using Data Studio, BI tools and spreadsheets.

Job description

• Expertise on Data Visualization (Data Studio & Site, PLX Dashboard, Google Spreadsheets) will help.
• Query Optimization, Query Performance Tuning.
• Build and maintain SQL scripts and complex queries for data extraction & analysis.
• Python experience is good to have
• Proficient at logical reasoning and should possess strong Analytical skills
• Should possess good communication skills
• Critical Thinking: Ability to look at the numbers, trends, and data and derive new conclusions based on the findings
• Math Skills: Strong mathematical ability to estimate numerical data
• Product knowledge - (ATLAS - al basic stages)
• Focused/essential leadership/personal ski ls in presentation, accountability & teamwork
• Good Interpersonal skills, decision making, risk assessment and problem solving
• GIS operational experience will be an added advantage
• Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business need Technical Stack: Python, Colab, Google SQL, BI/Visualization Tools, ETL pipelines Experience: XX Years
