Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Unloq, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s data strategy and product direction. Your responsibilities will include:

Dashboard & Reporting Development

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports from scratch.
• Ensure key business and product metrics are accurate, visible, and actionable.
• Create scalable reporting systems that support both operational and strategic decisions.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and business trends.
• Identify hidden patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
• Deliver actionable insights that drive product and business decisions.

Root Cause Analysis

• Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to investigate unexpected metric shifts.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify underlying causes and recommend solutions.

Data Pipeline & Engineering Collaboration

• Monitor and maintain data pipelines for reliability and consistency.
• Work closely with Engineering teams to define data tracking and instrumentation requirements.
• Ensure proper data collection, modeling, and storage practices.

Data-Driven Systems & Automation

• Contribute to building intelligent systems such as:
  • Predictive signals
  • Scoring models
  • Automated triggers
• Help reduce manual effort through data-driven automation.

End-to-End Ownership

• Take full ownership of analytical projects—from problem definition to final recommendations.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, impactful business narratives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.

Technical Skills

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with ClickHouse or similar OLAP databases.
