Join Credifin Ltd as a Data Analyst responsible for collecting, processing and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. You will transform raw data into meaningful trends, dashboards and reports, enabling management to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, MIS, etc.) ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct analysis and prepare dashboards/reports to support management decisions.
• Use analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R) for visualization and performance tracking.
• Provide insights, recommendations, and support for business, risk, and operations teams.
• Automate recurring reports and suggest process improvements through data tools.
• Assist in data integration, migration, and other tasks as required by management.

Qualifications
