Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Requirements Gathering and Implementation specialist in Pune to design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and build Power Apps to streamline workflows. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other BI applications: data modelling, DAX, Power Query, RSL, roles and security, and report development.
• Proficiency on data modelling and front-end building.
• Ability to work with business to document and translate business requirements into insights.
• Project management skills.
• Understanding of data quality principles and ability to discover and trigger data quality risks.
• Experience with Power Apps: canvas and model-driven apps, connectors, and workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Nice to have - Experience with process mining tools such as ARIS, Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or PAFnow.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse.
