Job summary

Quickeee, a fast-growing Mumbai-based startup transforming fast fashion with 60-minute delivery and an AI-powered styling experience, is seeking Analytics Associates to support business teams with data-driven insights, reporting and performance analysis across e-commerce functions.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business understanding, and hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of analytics or e-commerce analytics experience.
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
• Analyze sales, inventory, pricing, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Support category, merchandising, and planning teams with insights
• Monitor business KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Work with large datasets to generate actionable insights
• Create recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category, operations, marketing, and finance
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for business requirements

Role Overview

We are looking for Analytics Associates to support business teams with data-driven insights, reporting, and performance analysis across e-commerce functions. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business understanding, and hands‑on experience with analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
• Analyze sales, inventory, pricing, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Support category, merchandising, and planning teams with insights and recommendations
• Monitor business KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Work with large datasets to generate actionable insights
• Create recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency through automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category, operations, marketing, and finance
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for business requirements

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio
• Good understanding of data visualization and dashboarding
• Basic knowledge of Python is preferred

Business Skills

• Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as GMV, conversion, AOV, traffic, margins, inventory, sell-through rate, etc.
• Strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to convert data into business recommendations
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience: 1-4 years of experience in analytics, e-commerce analytics, business intelligence, or retail analytics preferred
