Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Preparation

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to improve data collection and reporting processes.

Data Analysis

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Apply statistical techniques to generate meaningful business insights.
• Design, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports for performance tracking.

Reporting & Business Insights

• Present data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Work closely with sourcing, category management, and operations teams to understand business requirements.
• Translate complex analytical findings into simple and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Supply Chain & Operations

• Analyze sourcing and operational data to improve process efficiency.
• Evaluate partner performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Recommend improvements and corrective actions based on analytical findings.

Analytics Tools & Automation

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python for data analysis and reporting.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks and create interactive visual dashboards.
• Stay updated with modern analytics tools, technologies, and industry trends.
• Continuously enhance reporting processes, data quality, and analytical workflows.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics or a related field.
• Internship experience, academic projects, or practical analytics work will also be considered.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning or AI concepts is an added advantage.
