Job summary

Caratlane seeks a Data Analytics Lead to transform our end-to-end supply chain into a data-driven engine. You will lead a team bridging raw data and executive decisions, turning insights into action.

Design models across procurement, production and sales, own demand forecasting, and build real-time dashboards to drive OTIF, inventory turns and cost reductions. Jewellery manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Management.
• Experience in manufacturing or jewellery industry is a major plus.
• Masters preferred in CS, Statistics, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee data models across procurement, production and sales to create a single source of truth.
• Own demand forecasting and inventory strategy to avoid stockouts and align production with demand.
• Define and monitor KPIs (OTIF, Inventory Turnover, Cost Reduction) via real-time dashboards.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply AI/ML to automate processes and cut costs.
• Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, Tech and Finance to align departments.
• Mentor and grow a team of analysts promoting data integrity.

• Strategic Architect: Design and oversee the modeling of massive datasets across procurement, production, and sales to create a "single source of truth."
• Predictive Planning: Own the demand forecasting and inventory strategy to eliminate stockouts and ensure our production schedule perfectly mirrors customer desire.
• Performance Catalyst: Define and champion high-impact KPIs (OTIF, Inventory Turnover, Cost Reduction) through intuitive, real-time dashboards.
• Innovation Driver: Identify bottlenecks and deploy advanced solutions leveraging AI/ML to automate processes and cut operational costs.
• Collaborative Leader: Act as the analytical bridge between Production, Merchandising, Tech, and Finance to ensure every department moves in sync.

What You Bring

• The Foundation: 3-4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Management. Experience in manufacturing or the Jewellery industry is a major plus.
• The Education: A Bachelors degree in Statistics, Supply Chain, or CS (Masters preferred).

The Tech Stack:

1. Data Mastery: Expert-level SQL, Python, or R for deep-dive analysis.
2. Visualization: Hands-on experience building narratives in Power BI or Tableau.
3. ERP & Excel: Power-user skills in Excel (Macros/VBA) and a strong understanding of ERP integrations.
