Job summary

GoodSpace AI in India is seeking an analytics professional to turn raw data into actionable insights that shape AI-powered recruitment.

You will analyze large datasets, build dashboards and reports, write SQL queries, and support product, marketing, and operations with data-driven insights. Strong analytical and communication skills alongside familiarity with BI tools are essential.

This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities in a collaborative, data-first environment.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of analytics experience (internships included).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of statistics and data visualization.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
