Job summary

Fa Elxu Test Saasfaprod1 is seeking a Data Analyst in Mumbai to support data analytics, build dashboards, and contribute to reporting and analytics projects for institutional decision-making.

You will collect and clean data, analyze trends, and present findings through dashboards and MIS reports using Tableau and Power BI. Proficiency in Python/SQL/R is preferred, with strong attention to accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Experience with data handling, reporting, or analytics tools.
• Exposure to academic/education sector will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various institutional departments
• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau / Power BI
• Support the Senior Business Analyst in executing analytics projects
• Perform basic statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Prepare periodic reports, summaries, and presentations for internal reviews and leadership
• Maintain structured databases and documentation for datasets and reports
• Coordinate with departments for data collection and validation
• Assist in implementation of AI-based tools and automation initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through regular validation checks
• Adhere to defined timelines and deliverables for assigned tasks
• Continuously identify opportunities for improving data processes and reporting systems and analysis of enquiry trends for reporting and planning purposes
