About the role:

• Extract, prepare, and examine operational, shipping, and dispute information to monitor performance against key metrics
• Design and update interactive dashboards and management information system reports for senior staff and teams across the organization
• Spot emerging patterns in operations, shipment volumes, cost gaps, and workflow inefficiencies
• Work alongside operations and technology groups to streamline logistics processes and shorten dispute resolution timeframes
• Conduct special analytics projects to inform strategic choices and help forecast future business outcomes

What we're looking for:

• Mastery of MS Excel or Google Sheets with expertise in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas
• Exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau at a foundational or intermediate level is highly valued
• Strong capacity for logical reasoning, problem-solving, and breaking down complex data questions
